The Dream Syndicate - 2025 11 06 @ Bottom of the Hill, San Francisco CA
Note:
In celebrating the 45th anniversary of "Medicine Show" and the deluxe release of it, the Dream Syndicate are touring, playing "The Medicine Show" from start to finish. They started with a set of post-reunion songs, then "The Medicine Show" and an encore of songs from "The Days of Wine and Roses." I cut out a bit of the audience between the first and second sets, as another taper came up to me to chat. Steve told a bunch of stories about recording "The Medicine Show" just up the street at the Automatt on Folsom, which took about 5 months to record due to a large number of issues that he covers in his autobiography.
